Genealogy Club of Sun City

  P.O. Box 175, Sun City, CA  92586

The Genealogy Club of Sun City was formed in November 1972 by a group of local persons holdng a common interest of learning more about their families.  We are currently in our 41st consecutive year of existance.  Anyone who has an interest or desire to learn more about their families is welcome to join us.  We are located in the southwestern portion of Riverside County in Southern California.  We meet twice monthly during the club year which begins in September and continues through the following July.

Our general meetings of the club are held on the second Monday of each month with a program of genealogical or historical interest.  The fourth Monday of each month is set aside for a Workshop where instruction or help is given to further your research.  Our meetings and workshops are held in the Community Room of the Sun City Public Library, corner of Bradley and Cherry Hills in Sun City from 1-3 p.m.

We have members whose experience in genealogy ranges from those just beginning their research, to those with more advanced skills in genealogy.  All are eager to help you get started with your family's history.  We'd love to share our ideas how you too can advance your genealogical skills.  Visitors are always welcome at our meetings and workshops.
